1. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check this for any errors and contact us immediately if something looks off.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to pop orders the same day, and dispatch the same or the next day.

  • Orders are sent via a trusted courier service, with a tracked service for all orders in the UK.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and seasonality (especially during peak periods).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external couriers, but we’ll always do our best to help track and resolve any issues.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

  • If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion and will be processed as quickly as possible.

  • If you are not entirely satisfied, please reach out to our team.

4. Product Information

  • All of our popcorn is handmade in small batches, so there may be slight variations in appearance or flavour.

  • Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page and packaging. Please check carefully before ordering if you have any dietary restrictions.

  • While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, all products are made in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten.

5. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Custom, wholesale, or large volume orders may be subject to different lead times and terms.

  • Minimum orders, deposits, or longer notice periods may apply—please get in touch with us to discuss.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—images, product descriptions, branding, and packaging—is the property of Godfrey’s Popcorn. Reproduction or use without permission is not allowed
