Two of the UK’s most talked-about food brands are joining forces to bring a bold new retail experience to the heart of London’s entertainment district.

Get Baked & Godfrey’s officially open the doors to their brand-new Covent Garden flagship on Saturday, 4 July, inviting Londoners to step inside a world inspired by the magic of Friday nights at the video shop.

Think towering cakes, outrageous sundaes, London’s finest popcorn, artisan confectionery, and enough nostalgia to transport you straight back to the golden age of movie nights.

To celebrate the launch, the first 500 guests through the doors will receive a FREE slice of the legendary BERTHA®.

And because an ordinary opening simply wouldn’t do…

There might even be a brass band.

The new store combines Get Baked’s cult-favourite desserts with Godfrey’s signature popcorn and entertainment-inspired confectionery, creating a destination dedicated to indulgence, nostalgia and unapologetic fun.

Located just moments from the theatres of Covent Garden, the space has been designed to capture the excitement of choosing a film for the weekend, only this time, you’ll leave with cake, popcorn and confectionery instead of a VHS.
