Popcorn Production Professional
As a Popcorn Production Professional, you’ll be at the heart of what we do, crafting small batches of our signature flavours in our Covent Garden kitchen. From perfecting the pop to cooking our handmade caramel, you’ll be trained in every part of the process that makes Godfrey’s so unique.
No experience needed — just a good attitude, attention to detail, and a love for hands-on work.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re not just selling popcorn, we’re crafting memorable moments, one bag at a time. So, the ideal team member is:
Reliable, organised and detail-oriented
Hands-on and comfortable working in a kitchen or production setting
A great team player with a positive attitude
Curious and open to learning new skills and machinery
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
Food production or kitchen experience is a plus (but not essential)

What the role entails:
As a Popcorn Production Professional, your day-to-day will include:
Pop fresh batches of popcorn to exacting standards
Cook, coat and finish flavours like Caramel, Cheese, Salted, and our seasonal specials
Operate and clean specialist equipment and machinery
Package popcorn into sealed bags and tins with care
Maintain high food hygiene and cleanliness standards
Work closely with the Front of House team to meet daily production targets
Help improve and refine recipes and techniques
Take an active role in problem-solving
Restock the production space (involves a flight of stairs and 20kg bag of corn) 💪
Pay and Perks
£13.85 per hour Part time or Full Time
