  • We pop your order on demand and ship it out the next day, Monday to Friday. Example: Order Monday before 1pm, Pop order Monday, Courier Collect Monday Afternoon, Delivery to you Tuesday (Aim*). Orders will be posted daily Monday to Friday with a 24 hour Royal Mail Service.

  • Yes! All our popcorn is hand-popped in small batches at our Covent Garden kitchen, then heat-sealed in our popcorn pouches to guarantee maximum crunch, flavour, and freshness.

  • At the moment, we only ship within the UK — but we’re working on taking our popcorn global! Stay tuned.

  • Absolutely! Just leave us a note at checkout, and we’ll do our best to time your delivery perfectly. This is based on courier availability and timing, but we’ll do our best.

  • Our heat-sealed pouches keep the popcorn fresh for up to 8 weeks. But let’s be honest… it rarely lasts that long!

  • Many of our flavours are vegetarian-friendly, and we offer vegan options too. Ingredients are listed clearly on each product page — but feel free to reach out if you’re unsure.

  • We do! From weddings to corporate events, we offer custom-labelled packs, bulk orders, and bespoke flavour options. Drop us a message — we’d love to be part of your event.

  • We sure do. Whether you’re a shop, café, or cinema, get in touch and we’ll send over our wholesale info pack.

  • Oh no! That’s not what we like to hear. Please email us right away with your order number and what went wrong, and we’ll sort it as quickly (and kindly) as possible.

  • Not to worry! Some of our flavours are seasonal or limited edition, so they may not always be available online. We occasionally sell out quickly (our popcorn has fans!).

    If you’re missing a favourite, drop us a message — it might be back soon, or we can let you know when it’s popping up next. And if you’re local, it’s always worth checking in-store for small-batch flavours that don’t make it online

  • To protect your popcorn during transit, large or mixed orders are sometimes packed in multiple boxes. If you haven’t received your full order within 48 hours, please get in touch with us!
